These include:
- rescuing an overgrown vegie garden and restoring productivity
- re-planning that same garden to cater for a gardener who is losing her eysight
- setting up a new vegie garden from scratch
- creating wicking (self-watering) gardens, both large and small scale
All this is done with the gardeners, as a guide or mentor so they learn by doing.
